Remodeling of a house where we took advantage of the black work on the ground floor y the existing structure made of steel, locating the dining room with kitchen and 1/2 bathroom, First level with 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom and the main one with bathroom and dressing room   and expanding a second level where a study with a game room and roof garden was proposed. All of the above around a central patio that achieves privacy with the rest of the buildings.
